That made me laugh out loud. I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't that. I agree though. Color is one of my favorite things. Yet, I am also inexplicably drawn to the simplicity and clarity of a monochrome image. Thank you for sharing your photos.
J. LaRaine - I saw some photos recently that were making the same point about the gift of seeing color. After I posted this I thought as you an Joan did that the B&W version didn't look too bad. That's a good thing that the beauty is seen whether it has color or not. :-) Thank you!
I dunno Mike, both look pretty nice! Let's just say it's nice that God gave us the ability to see colors and tones, and the ability to appreciate both. :)

Dogs do alright. It'd be worse if you had to defuse bombs without color... plus you'd probably have a great sense of smell. Think of the flowers.
