God Loves You

How many times do we pass by these scenes as we focus on our daily tasks and interactions with others?  I plead guilty. When I notice these moments I can't help but think that it's a love note from God. "Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him, On those who hope for His lovingkindness. (Psalm 33:18)

  1. I plead guilty also Mike, but it's such a lovely surprise to sometimes find unexpected extras when we download onto the computer right!
p.s. I'd like to say I took the lion shot on safari in Africa Mike, but in reality it was at the Perth Zoo, which although still a zoo, does a really good job of creating authentic 'environments' for the animals.

  2. Thank you, Grace for your comment! Of course, the other option was the zoo! I was thinking that Australia might have lions. :)

  4. My father, Mike Simmons, Passed away on August 31st, 2013. I stumbled across this site and was surprised it was still up and available to view. My father battled cancer for two years. In one of his posts, he mentioned that he battled a persistent cough. This was a tumor on his lung that had progressed from melanoma. He fought hard, and saw the beauty in everything as a repercussion of God's infinite wisdom and creation. I loved him dearly, as did my family. Thank you for viewing what he captured as God's art, the miracles within humanity.
