Long Shadows


This is a couple of weeks ago looking south in the Park Blocks of downtown Portland as the Winter Solstice approaches. It's amazing that we're just the right distance from the sun to have four distinct seasons.

    This is really a good B&W! Just the right combination of light, shadows , and tones. It's a complicated composition without being overly busy.
