Special Life Events
This is our son on his wedding day almost 4 years ago. Weddings are such a special life event. I'm grateful that we have photography to capture moments from these events. And these images will be a record for future generations.
A lovely image on a special day. Isn't it odd that such a simple image can speak volumes about the moment?
It came up on another of your posts about not showing faces. This is one of those images where you don't need to see the person's face to feel the emotion and understand the importance of the moment. A fresh flower over the beating heart of someone on one of the most important days of his life. Pretty good I think.
Sheesh...the computer went from 1:59 to 3:00! I gotta quit these late nights...especially on "spring foward" day!
Wow, Kari, thank you for your comment that goes further at describing the moment from your perspective. It's fun to look back through photos, isn't it?
Your late night was more dramatic than most at showing the time change! I'll bet you're a night person. :)

Oh yes - it would be so hard to truly enjoy memories without photographs to kindle them.
ReplyDeleteThank you Stacey for your comment!
ReplyDeleteYes, I've always been a night owl. It caught up with me this afternoon when I crashed on the couch. :)
ReplyDeleteSometimes crashing on the couch is necessary. I wonder how many people did that yesterday. My wife is a night owl too. :)
