Valuless Plant?

We see these weeds in quite a few spots these days. For some reason they don't look like a weed to me. The dictionary calls a weed a valueless plant. I think that's kind of harsh for this one.

  1. You know, a weed is just an unappreciated flower to me...I mean, who gets to decide what is a "valuable flower" and what is not?
I agree with you..they are all beautiful. If you do a macro of a dandelion, it is gorgeous. All in the eye of the beholder I say!
I bet God (if there is One) didn't think one was better than the other....

  2. Thank you Joan. I agree with you, dandelions are beautiful close up and it's one of the amazing pieces of evidence that there is a God who designed the universe. And He loves us very much!

  3. I like your "weed" too. I wonder what it is. I think it adds a lot to the natural landscape. Right now I'm loving all the wildflowers and wild "weeds" that are in bloom right now.

  5. Kari,
I've wondered what it is too. Since taking this photo a few weeks ago I notice these weeds everywhere!

    Stacey,
It seems like the weeds in my yard aren't beautiful, but anywhere else is fine. :)
