Portland Reflection

Yesterday afternoon one of our daughters had knee surgery. It wasn't at a hospital but a large new medical building that's part of the hospital. You can faintly see the hospital up on the right with cables running up to it. These are the cables for two trams that can shuttle people back and forth. I thought this reflection on the 16th floor was an interesting perspective of part of downtown.

  1. I hope your daughter's surgery was successful and pray her healing is quick! Nice reflective shot!

  2. Hi Stacey,
She's doing fine - thank you for asking and for your prayers. Everything went well. Now she gets to take it easy with mom and dad for a few days. :)

  3. Both nice shots Mike, with a touch of the city in each. There's something about these kinds of photos filled with lines and geometric shapes that I really enjoy.

I echo Stacey's comments above - prayers and a quick recovery to fullness for your daughter.

  4. Thank you Kari for your prayers and well wishes.

I find these reflection shots interesting too but not sure if others do. Sometimes reflection shots double the amount of visual information and all for the same price... just one click. :)
